The EU-XCEL European Virtual Accelarator is an EU-Horizon 2020 funded project and part of the Startup Europe Innitiative. The project is coordinated by University College Cork (UCC), Ireland, with project partners including the Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship from Munich University of Applied Sciences (MUAS), InQbator from Poznan Science & Technology Park (PSTP), DTU Skylab from Technical University of Denmark (DTU), Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB), and the Cloud Incubator Hub from Universidad Politecnica de Cartagena (UPCT).
Within the North America region of the Communications Society (ComSoc), there are seven local regions (http://www.comsoc.org/about/chapters/NARegion), with the Western USA making up Region 6. In this article we will provide some details about the region and report on some of the recent activities within the region.
The Northeastern USA Region 1 consists of the following chapters: Binghamton, Mohawk Valley, North Jersey, Boston, New Hampshire, Princeton Central Jersey, Buffalo, New Jersey Coast, Rochester, Connecticut, New Jersey Coast (Joint), Syracuse, Long Island, New York, Worcester County, and Maine.
Jean Francois Fallacher has been Orange Romania’s CEO since July 1, 2011. He is also the president of the BoD. Orange Romania has been a market leader for more than ten years, while in the last four years, under his leadership, its leading market position was consolidated.

JFF: In 2004 Orange became the leader in the Romanianmobile market by offering customers last-generation technologies and reliable services, based on an extensive and performant network.
